This past weekend I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Elizabeth Connors, a high school friend, for her bridal photo shoot.
After high school, Elizabeth attended the prestigious West Point Academy following in the footsteps of both her parents and brothers. Elizabeth's husband is also a West Point graduate.
This beautiful woman is a blackhawk pilot (like seriously how cool is that) and will be deployed to Afghanistan again soon. I was truly so touched by my conversation with her.
Elizabeth, I'm proud and thankful for you, your courage, and your compassion for our country. On this Memorial Day weekend let's not forget all those who have and continue to put their lives on the line, like Elizabeth and her husband, to keep us safe at home.
